How old is too old to lick the batter when baking? Um, because I just totally did that… with the batter from this awesome cake. Since my garden is STILL producing copious amounts of zucchini and summer squash, I am still on the look out for new recipes to use them up. I decided to turn my attention to the dessert realm, and was a little doubtful that I’d be able to find something. Until I came across this heavenly concoction.
Get ready to lick the batter on this one!
Now I’m not about to run screaming for the hills and think I’m a walking ticking time-bomb because I’ve enjoyed microwaved popcorn a time or two (or 50) in the past. However, I don’t think it’s such a bad idea to look for an alternative. Especially one that ends up being less harmful, much cheaper, and actually tastes better, in my humble opinion.
