This post is a continuation of the last one. My last post was all about how my family cans their homemade tomato sauce on a very large scale (about 100 jars and more!).
However, this post is for anyone who wants to make only a few jars of tomato sauce at a time, and does not have the luxury of using an electric tomato grinder like my parents have. For this smaller scale method you can use a regular size pot and there is no need for a tomato grinder at all.
