My career as a teacher is pretty demanding, and never is that more true than during the first week of school. But after an entire summer of eating really nourishing foods, I'm determined not to let work get in the way of good nutrition! After all, if I don't feed myself properly, I won't be very effective as a teacher anyway.
Still, there will be nights when I get home from work that the last thing on my mind will be cooking a full meal. Enter this awesome Roast Chicken in a Crock Pot.

I started this blog after deciding to give up on fad diets, listening to “experts,” counting calories,
measuring, logging, depriving, bingeing, and feeling guilty. All of that only served to make me
