These would be perfect for a quick appetizer or a light snack. They also make great use of fresh cucumbers which happen to be ripe for the picking at this time of the year.
It’s really quite simple to make your own herbed cream cheese. Just take your favourite cream cheese (I used organic cream cheese from Organic Meadows) and mix in your favourite fresh herbs. For my cream cheese in the picture I used fresh chives and parsley. Voilá! Instant herbed cream cheese.
